Manager/Senior Manager - Enterprise Risk Management - IT

Key Role & Responsibilities:

To be part of Group Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team primarily responsible for managing technology risk at the exchange by identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with IT systems, applications, networks, AI/ML usage and cyber security within the exchange. This role ensures that technology risks are managed in line with the regulations, internal policies & frameworks, and best practices.

Specific Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain the Technology Risk Management Framework aligned with business objectives

- Conduct enterprise-wide IT risk assessments and maintain a risk register along with evaluating adequacy of controls put in place across all the technology domains and track implementation of control enhancement measures.

- Support incident management, contingency planning, and vendor exit strategies

- Ensure compliance with Regulatory guidelines and identify emerging technology risks

- Oversee technology-related aspects of Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR).

- Establish, maintain and track key risk indicators (KRIs) for IT risks. Monitor system alerts and metrices on an ongoing basis to identify issues/patterns with respect to technology issues

- Review technology incidents to identify themes/patterns, understand root cause analysis, recommend remedial measures, prepare reports for senior management and regulators.

- Monitor and manage risks pertaining to AI/ML models and use cases

- Conduct due diligence and risk assessments of IT vendors and service providers, track SLA adherence, performance, and emerging risks of vendors

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of IT risk, cybersecurity frameworks & business continuity

- Understanding of Indian financial and securities markets

- Knowledge of SEBI regulations on technology and cyber security

- Rick experience in Risk assessment, audits in technology domain preferably in financial sector

- Understanding of information security & business continuity

- Understanding of AI/ML models and processes

- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
