Role Overview:

As an Engineering Manager or Senior Engineering Manager based in Hyderabad, you will serve as a pivotal technology leader responsible for steering high-impact engineering teams through the full software development lifecycle. Your day-to-day involves balancing hands-on architectural guidance with strategic people management, ensuring that technical delivery aligns perfectly with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor high-performing engineering teams to ensure the timely delivery of scalable software solutions that meet rigorous business standards.

- Drive the end-to-end SDLC, from conceptualization and architecture design to deployment, ensuring high availability and performance across all platforms.

- Manage complex stakeholder relationships by aligning technical roadmaps with organizational goals and providing transparent updates on project milestones.

- Architect and oversee the development of cloud-native applications using Java and React.js to ensure a modern, responsive, and secure user experience.

- Integrate Artificial Intelligence and machine learning capabilities into existing workflows to enhance operational efficiency and product intelligence.

- Optimize infrastructure and deployment pipelines on AWS to reduce latency and improve the overall reliability of our production environments.

- Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by conducting regular performance reviews, identifying talent gaps, and implementing mentorship programs to drive professional growth.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in leading large-scale engineering teams with 13 to 19 years of professional experience in software development and management.

- Proven ability to architect and maintain complex systems using Java for backend services and React.js for frontend interfaces, ensuring seamless integration.

- Advanced proficiency in cloud architecture and infrastructure management within AWS environments to support high-traffic applications.

- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to leverage Artificial Intelligence to solve business problems and improve product features.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams and communicating technical concepts to non-technical leadership.

- Deep understanding of the full SDLC, with a focus on Agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, and maintaining high code quality standards.
