Manager / Sr Manager ER
Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations to provide strategic ER advisory and governance support across the organisation.
- The role focuses on managing disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations, and ER policy frameworks while ensuring 100% compliance with labour laws and ethical standards.
- The incumbent will partner closely with HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders, drive ER awareness programs (including POSH), manage ER risk and metrics, and support committees handling sensitive cases.
- Strong expertise in labour laws, ER governance, investigations, and stakeholder management is essential, with exposure to Industrial Relations being an added advantage.
Experience & Skills:
- 9+ years of HR experience, with at least 7 years in Employee Relations/Industrial Relations
- Deep knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and ER policy frameworks
- Proven ability to manage complex employee issues, investigations, and risk assessment
- Strong consulting, influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Masters degree in Human Resources preferred.
- Profiles having experience in Shared Services or GCC or Corporate Employees experience preferred.
- Manufacturing profiles pls excuse.
