Job Title: Manager/Sr. Manager - Domestic Sales

Reporting to: Director

Location: Mumbai( Goregaon)

Job Purpose:

Identifying and acquire new potential customers and achieve targeted amount of sales

Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Identifying & managing clients for potential business development towards high value customers and strategically securing profitable business by cold callings, emails and in-person visits.

- Utilizing social networking opportunities to facilitate sales and increase brand awareness.

- Maintain & track customer database and maintain periodically/periodic customer satisfaction survey/feedback.

- Proven experience in sales in modern trade, HoReCa, QSR and institutional sectors.

- Representing company by attending trade exhibitions or events

- Setting the monthly targets and achieving the Targets.

- Preparing & sending the quotation of the customer against their order confirmation.

- Responsible for all aspects of the sales and marketing from pricing, negotiations, contract development, ensuring successful order fulfillment and after sales commitments.

- Do analysis of customer research, current market conditions and executing marketing strategies and campaigns. Survey and analyze competition strategy and moves and propose actions where required.

- Should develop and setup new market Pan India.

- Develop and maintain an effective sales territory plan and ensure to achieve company sales targets and profitability goals

- Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

- Define and implement the product range & product positioning based on industry analysis and new product range.

- Monitor success of marketing product range & initiate corrective actions where necessary.

- Good co-ordination with factory unit for order dispatch and regular visit as and when required.

- Addressing customer grievances in coordination with quality & plant teams.

Required Knowledge, Qualifications & Skills (Preferred/Essential)

Qualifications

- BE/B.Com/BMS /BBA (Essential))

- MBA /PG (Preferred)

Experience:

- 7-8 yrs PAN India or atleast 2 regions with Packaging Industry Knowledge

- Prerequisite

- Travel to the assigned region
