Manager, Senior Manager or Director - Financial Services

We are looking for experienced Managers, Senior Managers and Directors to join our clients growing Financial Services practice. Working with leading Banking, Payments, FinTech and Wealth Management clients, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact consulting engagements while supporting the continued growth of our Financial Services team.

You will lead consulting engagements that help Financial Services end clients globally including in Europe and occasionally in US solve complex commercial challenges and deliver sustainable growth. Alongside project delivery, you will contribute to business development, develop client relationships, support the growth of our practice and mentor junior consultants.

Key responsibilities:

- Client Delivery: Lead and deliver consulting engagements from project initiation through to final client recommendations and, where appropriate, implementation support.

- Manage one or more project teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and exceptional client service.

- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.

- Apply structured problem-solving, analytical thinking and commercial judgement to develop practical recommendations.

- Business Development: Support business development activities through proposal development, client discussions and thought leadership.

- Contribute to client acquisition and retention initiatives.

- Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and expand our Financial Services offering.

- Team Leadership: Coach, mentor and develop consultants and early career colleagues.

- Foster collaboration and contribute to a high-performing team culture.

- Share Financial Services expertise and support capability development across the practice.

- Practice Development: Contribute to internal initiatives that strengthen the Financial Services practice.
