- Develop and implement enterprise-wide change management frameworks, methodologies, and tools aligned with organizational goals.
- Partner with business leaders, transformation teams, and project managers to assess change impact, stakeholder readiness, and adoption risks.
- Design and execute communication, training, and engagement plans to ensure employees understand and embrace new ways of working.
- Establish and monitor KPIs/metrics to measure change adoption, employee engagement, and business outcomes.
- Provide coaching and guidance to senior leaders and people managers on leading change effectively.
- Anticipate resistance and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
- Champion a culture of agility, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Oversee a team of change practitioners and ensure capability building for future transformations.
- Proven experience in large-scale digital transformation, process reengineering, or enterprise-wide change programs.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin, etc.).
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Experience in driving culture change and employee engagement initiatives.
