Role Overview:

As a Business Leader at Adda247, you will take ownership of independent business units, verticals, or categories. Your role will be pivotal in driving revenue, strategizing growth, and ensuring high-quality educational solutions that align with the company's mission. Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Execution:

- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for your vertical.

- Drive alignment with the company's broader goals, focusing on vernacular and job-oriented educational solutions.

2. P&L Ownership:

- Lead end-to-end financial and operational accountability for your vertical or category, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

- Optimize resources and drive profitability, ensuring financial goals align with strategic priorities.

3. Customer-Centric Approach:

- Identify and address the needs of Adda247's diverse student base, creating solutions that enhance the learning experience.

- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

4. Leadership & Team Management:

- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team aligned with Adda247's mission and culture.

- Establish a collaborative, goal-oriented environment where innovation and passion drive success.

5. Technology & Digital Transformation:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in business management, category management, or related fields, with a demonstrated ability to lead independent business units.

- Proven track record in achieving revenue targets, managing P&L, and driving customer-centric strategies.

- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams.
