
Manager/Sr. Manager /Director - 8- 20 Years - US Captive (SAAS) - Gurgaon
What you will be doing:
- Develop & Optimize Pricing Strategy: Use advanced analytics, AI-driven modeling, and market intelligence to set, test, and refine pricing for new and existing SKUs across SaaS and related portfolios.
- Lead Analytics & AI Projects: Drive high-impact, cross-functional analytics initiatives, delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Build & Scale Analytical Tools: Design, implement, and maintain self-service dashboards, scenario models, and AI-assisted recommendation engines using Python, SQL, Sigma, and other modern analytics platforms.
- Pricing Performance Reviews: Produce concise, data-rich reports on price performance, emerging risks, and growth opportunities for executive stakeholders on a regular cadence.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Build, mentor, and inspire a team of analytics professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, rigor, and continuous learning.
- Directly influence revenue growth and profitability through data-driven strategies.
- Enable scalable, automated analytics solutions that empower business stakeholders.
- Champion the use of AI and advanced analytics to solve complex business challenges.
What you will need for this position:
- 8+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or pricing, with a significant track record in B2B SaaS.
- Deep expertise in Python for data analysis, modeling, and automation; advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, or similar).
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a proven ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and translate complex data into actionable business narratives.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related); MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for leveraging AI and analytics to drive business impact.
- Demonstrated leadership in building and scaling analytics teams.
- Experience in pricing for SaaS or technology-driven businesses.
- Continuous learner, staying abreast of the latest trends in AI, analytics, and pricing science.
