Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager Finance (Direct Tax, RPT & People Cost Analytics)

Qualified CA with 5 to 8 years experience

Location: Mumbai

Role Purpose:

Lead Direct Tax, Related Party Transactions (RPT), and Personnel Cost Analytics with strong compliance, governance, and forward-looking insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Personnel Cost Analytics:

- Deliver monthly cost analysis, dashboards, and insights

- Ensure governance on provisioning and actuarial inputs

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and union negotiations

Direct Taxation:

- Manage compliance, audits, assessments, and advisory

- Ensure timely filings

- Monitor regulatory changes and brief stakeholders

Related Party Transactions:

- Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and Transfer Pricing

- Maintain accurate documentation

- Support statutory and board reporting

- Coordinate cross-functional governance

Skills & Competencies:

- Qualified CA with 5 to 8 years experience

- Strong knowledge of Direct Tax, Ind AS, and statutory frameworks

- Expertise in personnel cost structures and analytics

- Proficiency in SAP, Hyperion, TRACES, MS Office, and dashboarding tools

- Analytical mindset, governance focus, collaboration, and communication skills
