Manager/Senior Manager - Demand Planner - Pharma

- Develop global demand forecasts by analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and business inputs across regions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance) to align demand plans with business strategies.

- Lead the S&OP / IBP demand planning process to ensure accurate demand visibility and alignment with supply plans.

- Collaborate with country managers, distributors, and sales teams to capture demand changes and continuously improve forecast accuracy.

- Ensure optimal inventory availability by defining stocking norms, monitoring stock levels, and proactively mitigating risks of stockouts or excess inventory.

- Plan and coordinate supply and replenishment by aligning demand plans with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams.

- Support the S&OP process by preparing demand inputs, enabling cross-functional alignment, and highlighting risks and opportunities between demand and supply
