We are hiring for a Manager / Senior Manager - Debt & Fund Raising with a leading Industrial & Warehousing Real Estate Developer in Mumbai.

This is an exciting opportunity for finance professionals with hands-on experience in Project Finance, Debt Raising, Debt Syndication or Structured Finance to work on large-scale real estate projects and interact with leading lenders and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project-level debt raising and fund-raising activities

- Preparation/review of financial models, teasers and Information Memorandums

- Project appraisal and lender presentations

- Loan documentation and mortgage/security creation

- Project-wise cash flow and debt management

- Loan drawdowns and pre/post-disbursement compliances

- Covenant monitoring and lender submissions

- Coordination with rating agencies

- Support budgeting, audits and financial planning

Ideal Candidate:

- CA / MBA (Finance)

- 3- 5 years of post-qualification experience

- Experience in Project Finance / Debt Syndication / Structured Finance / Debt Raising

- Strong financial modelling and project appraisal skills

- Experience with lenders and loan documentation

- Exposure to Real Estate / Infrastructure / Warehousing / Financial Services preferred

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
