Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute CSR partnership and fundraising strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Identify, engage, and build relationships with corporates, CSR leaders, foundations, and institutional donors.

- Generate new partnership opportunities through research, networking, and strategic outreach.

- Lead proposal development, concept notes, presentations, and partnership pitches.

- Drive the end-to-end partnership lifecyclefrom prospecting and engagement to proposal submission and relationship management.

- Conduct stakeholder mapping, market research, and track CSR trends to identify funding opportunities.

- Collaborate with internal program teams to design customized CSR solutions aligned with donor priorities.

- Maintain partnership pipelines, CRM, and regular reporting on outreach and conversions.

Desired Profile:

- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.

- 5- 8 years of experience in CSR Partnerships, Corporate Fundraising, Business Development, Corporate Relations, or Strategic Partnerships.

- Proven experience in corporate fundraising, donor engagement, and proposal writing.

- Strong understanding of the CSR and social impact ecosystem.

- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Experience in managing CXO-level corporate relationships and multi-stakeholder partnerships will be an added advantage.
