Manager / Senior Manager Costing:

Location: Bahadurgarh, Haryana

Reporting To: CFO

Role Summary:

We are seeking a qualified CMA with strong experience in manufacturing costing, SAP, and financial analysis to drive product costing, inventory valuation, profitability analysis, budgeting, and cost optimization across our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain product cost sheets and standard costs.

- Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, and costing master data in SAP.

- Monitor and analyse manufacturing costs, including material, labour, power, overheads, and production costs.

- Perform cost variance analysis (material, labour, overhead, production, and yield) and identify root causes with corrective actions.

- Ensure accurate valuation of Raw Materials, WIP/SFG, Finished Goods, Scrap, Stores & Spares.

- Analyse product, customer, and channel profitability and provide inputs for pricing strategies.

- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing related to costing.

- Prepare manufacturing MIS, cost reports, profitability reports, cost forecasts, and trend analysis.

- Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP), manufacturing budgets, and Budget vs. Actual analysis.

- Drive cost reduction initiatives through process improvements, yield enhancement, energy efficiency, and waste reduction.

- Collaborate with Production, Purchase, Planning, R&D, Stores, Commercial, and Finance teams to improve cost efficiency.

- Maintain costing data in SAP, troubleshoot costing/profitability issues, and coordinate with IT for system improvements and automation.

Desired Profile:

- Qualified CMA (ICMAI); CA/MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.

- 8-15 years of experience in manufacturing costing.

- Hands-on experience with SAP (CO/PP/MM) and strong knowledge of product costing, inventory valuation, and profitability analysis.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering skills.

- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is preferred.
