
OVERVIEW:
- Seeking a dynamic and strategic HR professional to lead key initiatives across Talent Management, Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition, Employee Engagement, and Internal Communication.
- The role is pivotal in shaping a high-performance, inclusive, and engaged culture aligned with the organization's long-term growth agenda.
- Deep understanding of Talent Management, PMS, and Engagement frameworks.
- Expertise in employee communication, culture-building, and engagement analytics.
- Experience with HR technology platforms
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Management
- Design and implement a comprehensive Talent Management Framework including identification, assessment, and development of high-potential talent.
- Drive succession planning and Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for critical roles.
- Partner with HRBPs, L&D, and functional leaders to embed career pathways and capability development initiatives.
2. Performance Management
- Manage the Performance Management System (PMS) lifecycle - goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, calibration, and feedback.
- Continuously refine performance evaluation tools to align with evolving business priorities and cultural values.
- Support HR digitization efforts by enabling PMS automation (SuccessFactors) and analytics dashboards.3. Rewards & Recognition (R&R)
- Design and institutionalise a structured R&R framework to reinforce performance excellence, innovation, and value-driven behaviours.
- Manage ongoing reward programs (monthly, quarterly, annual), ensuring fairness, transparency, and high visibility across levels.
- Benchmark and align reward practices with market best practices.
4. Employee Engagement
- Conceptualize and implement Employee Engagement initiatives to drive belonging, motivation, and organizational pride.
- Conduct employee experience and engagement surveys, analyze insights, and partner with leadership for targeted action planning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to champion the "One Company" culture through communication and engagement platforms.
- Design and drive initiatives focused on enhancing employee wellbeing across physical, emotional, financial, and social dimensions.
Education: Full-time MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute (mandatory).
Experience: 6-8 years of progressive HR experience with a focus areas in talent management, performance, and engagement.
