Responsibilities:
- Position is responsible for HRM activities at corporate level. Ensuring uniform implementation & adherence of policies for C&B at organization.
- Responsible for Central Payroll of Group, Smooth & zero error monthly payroll, annual increment.
- Driving Diversity, Inclusion & Equity for Organization - Building culture, formation & execution of plan for ensuring DEI as per desired target at organization level
- SPOC for Darwin Box implementation.
- Leading Integration projects for Group Companies.
- Process Automation for HR to save NVA & to enhance departmental productivity.
- Responsible for formulation of manpower planning for Group. AOP exercise
Hiring Specifications:
- MBA in HR or MA Psychology from an institute of repute
- Experience of 10-12 years, Minimum of 2/3 years as senior HR member.
- Articulative and good in building long term relation with stakeholders including Business.
- Experience in project management, proactive problem solving and budgeting
- Proficient in MS Office and HR Systems
- Proficient in Statutory compliances related to payroll
