Manager/Senior Manager - Corporate Finance

Review and finalization of standalone and consolidated financial statement in compliance with Ind AS and get the same audited from BIG 4.

- Review of Final Accounts of Group Companies.

- Ensuring Seamless compliance of Direct Tax and Indirect Tax - Accounting, return filling, audit etc.

Work Activities:

- Accounts Payable administration, internal control etc. Customization of SAP HANA in accordance with the needs of the organization.

- Authorizing payments for approved vendor invoices.

- Fund Management through Long Term and Short Term borrowings.

- Monitor and coordinate Working Capital needs of SBUs.

- Liaison with the bankers, financial institutions, Rating Agencies, LEI, NSDL etc.

- Responsible for authorization of Direct and Indirect tax.

Ideal Profile:

- Candidates must be CA with post qualification of 12 - 15 years working in manufacturing set up.
