Manager/Senior Manager - Corporate Development

Function: Corporate Development / CEOs Office

The Role:

We are looking for a Manager / Senior Manager - Corporate Development Strategy (3-5 years of experience) to support strategic initiatives across M&A, partnerships, and fundraising. You will work closely with the Head of Corporate Development and the leadership team, driving analysis, execution, and cross-functional coordination on high-impact projects. This role is suited for someone who is analytically strong, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

M&A & Investments

1. Evaluate potential acquisition and investment opportunities

2. Build financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, comps, precedents)

3. Support due diligence and transaction execution

Strategic Partnerships

1. Identify and assess partnership opportunities

2. Support deal structuring and execution

3. Drive internal alignment across teams

Capital Raising

1. Assist in investor materials, data rooms, and fundraising processes

2. Coordinate with bankers, investors, and internal stakeholders

IPO Readiness (Exposure)

1. Support IPO-related workstreams, including documentation and benchmarking

- Corporate Strategy & Insights

1. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and growth opportunity assessment

Stakeholder Management

1. Prepare presentations for leadership and investors

2. Collaborate with finance, legal, and business teams

What Were Looking For:

- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, PE/VC, or corporate development

- B.E./B. Tech, MBA preferred

- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

- Exposure to transactions or strategic projects

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

- High ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
