Job Profile :

Position : Manager / Sr. Manager Corporate Collection

Department : Relationship Management Corporate Loans

Experience : 8 -18 Years of experience in corporate collections/stressed asset management in NBFC, HFC, banking sector/ARCs.

Qualification : Any graduate/Post Graduate/LLB/LLM.

Job Location : Prabhadevi Mumbai

Reporting to : CEO - SFL

Job Summary :

Manage stressed corporate / builder accounts proactively and prevent slippage into NPA through structured engagement, resolution, and recovery strategies.

Roles & Responsibility :

Pre-NPA account Management :

- Manage high-value stressed accounts across SMA buckets

- Drive timely collections and regularization

Corporate/Builder Engagement :

- Should have a direct interaction with builder /developers and corporate borrowers.

- Negotiate structure repayment plans.

Escalations and Legal support :

- If required, initiate Legal proceedings

- Legal recovery actions (Coordinate with credit, risk & legal teams for resolution strategies)

- Ensure long documentation trail

- Design restructuring and repayment plans to regularize accounts

Key KPIs :

- % reduction in SMA / NPA

- Collection efficiency

- Recovery from Stressed account

- Resolution turnaround time

Qualification and skills :

- Any graduate/Post Graduate/LLB/LLM.

- 8 - 18 years of experience in corporate collections/stressed asset management in NBFC, HFC, banking sector/ARCs.

- Strong experience in Builder funding / LAP/wholesale lending

- Exposure to teal estate ecosystem (developers).

- Pan-India real estate market understanding
