The incumbent will build from the ground, should be strong in designing and implementation both. Ideal experience the candidate should have is Total 9-15 years.   - The person will be responsible for deciding the compensation philosophy in India, benchmarking studies, evaluate job level and job architecture, pay ranges, short-term and long-term incentive plans, flexible basket, executive compensation and management compensation structure, equity, Esops, performance management, analysis compensation benchmarking, Set up HR Operations/ HRMS, HRIS / HR Automation, handle entire employee life cycle management, payroll, designing and implementation of HR Strategic Operations, HR Policies,   Job Preference :   - Prefer people from Delhi/NCR ONLY  - Experience preferred from IT/ ITES/ BPO/ Shared services, E commerce, Product companies, startups, consulting companies currently working or worked in past in designing and Implementation of Compensation and Benefits AND HR Operations.  - Start-up experience/ Set up Experience of C&B and HR Operations  - MBA or other relevant Master's degree required.  - Excellent analytical, compensation modeling, problem solving, and project management skills  - Highly analytical and strong written and verbal communication skills  - Enthusiastic, keen, innovative people required.  - Ability to think strategically and to lead  - Executive compensation experience highly preferred  - Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment; strong sense of urgency in driving projects to completion  - Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks in a fast-paced environment  - Ability to maintain confidentiality always.  - Must have strong proficiency in the functional use of key business applications including HRIS  - Ability to translate HR operational needs and requirement to others.  - Knowledge of principles of office organization and principles of management.  - Strong client-facing and communication skills  - Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills  - Must have branch handling experience.  - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with persons within and outside the organization.  Simren Kabli IndiHire Consultants
