We are looking for a highly experienced Compensation & Benefits professional with strong hands-on expertise in compensation strategy, salary benchmarking, job evaluation, compensation structuring and workforce cost analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, review and implement compensation structures, salary frameworks and reward programs

- Conduct market benchmarking and develop competitive compensation recommendations

- Lead annual compensation review cycles, salary revisions, promotions and incentive planning

- Drive job evaluation, grading and job architecture initiatives

- Ensure alignment between job levels, organizational structure and compensation

- Partner with Talent Acquisition on salary benchmarking, offer evaluation and hiring cost optimization

- Collaborate with Finance and Business teams to manage employee costs, manpower budgets and workforce expenditure

- Track business unit, departmental and project-wise employee costs and provide insights for cost optimization

- Build and maintain HR dashboards and workforce analytics covering compensation, headcount and employee costs

- Support compensation & benefits policy development, governance and compliance

- Present compensation analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders and business leaders
