Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced RBI Compliance professional to manage and strengthen regulatory compliance across the organization. The role involves close coordination with regulatory authorities, ensuring adherence to NBFC regulations, and driving robust compliance frameworks aligned with RBI guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Postgraduate / Company Secretary (CS) preferred

- 8+ years of experience in Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services

- Proven experience in RBI compliance and regulatory liaison

- Strong understanding of NBFC regulatory and compliance requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and submit applications to RBI, including approvals for redemption of subordinated and perpetual debt instruments, e-KYC licensing, and changes in shareholding.

- Draft, review, and update company policies and processes to ensure alignment with RBI regulations and compliance standards.

- Coordinate and liaise with RBI officials on regulatory matters, submissions, and approvals.

- Manage RBI inspections, respond to regulatory queries, and ensure timely submission of accurate data and responses.

- Work closely with internal stakeholders to implement policies and regulatory changes effectively across business units.

- Support and manage Board and Committee meeting compliance requirements.

- Address audit observations and ensure closure of compliance-related audit points.

- Conduct compliance training across branches as per the annual training plan.

- Provide ongoing support on AML, KYC, and NBFC-related compliance matters.

- Ensure continuous monitoring and strengthening of compliance frameworks in line with evolving regulations.

- High attention to detail and regulatory awareness
