Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager CXOs Office
Role Overview:
The CXO Office role is a high-impact position that partners directly with the leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, business reviews, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment across industries. The role requires a mix of problem-solving, stakeholder management, business acumen, and execution discipline to support the CEO in decision-making and driving growth.
Knowledge and Skill / Qualification Requirements -
- MBA/CA or equivalent with 5-8 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business finance, or CXO office roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex data and business
modeling.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work in ambiguity, and drive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Execution
- Work closely with leadership teams to define and monitor strategic priorities for Beauty & Fashion businesses.
- Drive OKRs, business KPIs, and quarterly/annual review mechanisms.
- Support in evaluating new business opportunities, partnerships, and category expansions.
2. Business Reviews & Performance Tracking
- Prepare business dashboards, MIS, and board/CXO level presentations.
- Analyze performance across revenue, retention, marketing, supply chain, and profitability levers. Highlight risks, opportunities, and corrective actions proactively.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between Marketing, Tech, Finance, HR and Operations teams to ensure alignment on goals.
4. Operational Excellence
- Streamline workflows for efficiency and faster decision-making.
- Monitor critical initiatives such as store expansion, omnichannel strategies, and D2C performance.
- Support cost optimization and productivity improvement measures.
5. Special Projects & Investor/Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead special projects as directed by the CXO (e.g., acquisitions, new launches, regulatory
changes).
- Support investor communications, market benchmarking, and competitive intelligence
