Manager / Senior Manager - Business Planning and FP&A - EV Charging

Location: Delhi NCR

Experience: 5+ years

About the Opportunity:

A leading Indian industrial group is setting up a greenfield EV charging and energy infrastructure business focused on building and scaling public and captive charging infrastructure across India.

The role will be part of the core team building the business and will work closely with senior leadership on business planning, financial modelling, profitability and commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own AOP, budgeting, forecasting and long-range business planning for the business.

- Drive P&L planning, revenue and margin analysis, CAPEX/OPEX planning and variance analysis.

- Build financial models around site economics, utilisation, pricing, margins, payback and investment returns.

- Evaluate new projects, sites and expansion opportunities through financial feasibility and business-case analysis.

- Partner with commercial and business teams on pricing, costing, tariffs and profitability.

- Develop management dashboards, MIS and business reviews for senior leadership.

- Support scenario analysis, investment prioritisation and strategic decision-making.

- Work closely with Finance, Commercial, Operations and Project teams to translate operating performance into financial outcomes.

Candidate Profile:

- CA qualification is mandatory.

- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, Commercial Finance or Business Planning.

- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, P&L, variance analysis and financial modelling.

- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, EV / e-mobility or related industrial businesses preferred.

- Strong analytical and commercial orientation with advanced Excel / financial modelling skills.

- Comfortable working in a greenfield, high-ownership environment with senior stakeholders.
