Manager/Senior Manager - Business Finance/Financial Planning & Analysis - Manufacturing - CA

- CA with 4+ years of post-qualification experience

- Experience in Hospitality or Manufacturing preferred

- Strong command of costing, P&L and financial analysis

- Dynamic leader with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

- Knowledge of regional labour laws

- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong stakeholder management and team-playing abilities

- Hands-on and business-oriented approach

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner closely with Operations & Management to provide real-time financial insights and support decision-making

- Own the Regional P&L, including variance analysis and corrective action plans

- Drive Balance Sheet hygiene and ensure all balances are properly substantiated

- Act as a bridge between the business and Corporate Finance functions including Treasury, Legal, Taxation & Corporate Finance

- Ensure strong financial governance and compliance with statutory and company policies

- Support process improvements and manage financial aspects of vendor & customer relationships

- Monitor and control business contracts

- Support project feasibility and investment decisions

- Coordinate and support Internal & Statutory Audits

- Drive cost control and provide actionable financial insights to the business
