Manager/Senior Manager - Business Finance
Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation and delivery of accurate and timely MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Drive financial planning by developing projections based on in-depth business understanding and variable scenarios.
- Review, validate, and ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data and reports.
- Analyze actual performance versus budgets and forecasts, highlighting key variances and recommending actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and other departments to provide financial guidance and track key business KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and dashboard enhancements to improve reporting efficiency.
- Support annual and periodic budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning activities.
- Manage team deliverables, delegate tasks effectively, and provide mentoring to ensure team development and goal alignment.
- Present financial trends, risks, and opportunities during business review meetings.
- Candidates should be open to travel as per business requirements.
Required Skills / Competencies:
- Strong expertise in Financial Analysis and Reporting
- Proficiency in Budgeting and Forecasting
- Solid understanding of Accounting Principles (GAAP/IFRS)
- Experience in Cash Flow Preparation and Management
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and Power BI)
- Well-versed with SAP and other financial systems
- Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills
- Ability to Collaborate Effectively within teams and across departments
- Proven experience in Stakeholder Management
- Willingness to travel as required for business needs
