Principle Responsibilities: To Independently manage the Business Development & Develop New Business Opportunities.
KRAs:
- Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and build growth strategies.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Find potential clients through cold calling, networking, events, and digital outreach.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Proposals & Negotiation: Create tailored proposals, pitches, and presentations to convert prospects and negotiate deals.
- Internal Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and operations to align goals and strategies.
- Reporting: Track metrics, monitor progress, and report on BD activities to management
