We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead and expand our presence in the industrial, warehousing, and logistics real estate segment in the Mumbai region. This role requires a strong network, market insight, and a passion for driving strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial and logistics real estate space

- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and occupiers

- Drive lead generation, deal closures, and revenue targets

- Track market trends and provide strategic inputs to internal stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including leasing, research, and marketing

- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking platforms

Key Requirements:

- 5-8 years of experience in business development or leasing in the industrial/logistics real estate sector

- Proven track record in revenue generation and lead conversion

- In-depth knowledge of the Mumbai industrial and logistics market

- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
