Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Professional with proven experience in end-to-end IT consulting sales - from prospecting and client acquisition to deal closure, revenue generation, and new account onboarding. The ideal candidate has a track record of selling IT services/solutions to enterprise clients globally and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Revenue Generation:
- Identify, engage, and acquire new B2B clients across US, Europe, APAC, and India for IT consulting and digital services.
- Drive full sales cycle activities - from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and closure - ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
- Build and expand a qualified enterprise sales pipeline through targeted outbound and inbound strategies.
- Consultative Sales & Relationship Management
- Engage with CXO, VP, and Director-level stakeholders, understanding their business priorities and positioning USMICRO's services as strategic solutions.
- Develop tailored proposals, pitches, and commercial models to address client needs and close multi-service deals.
- Lead the onboarding of new clients, ensuring smooth transition to delivery teams and maintaining strong relationships post-sale.
- Strategic Prospecting & Market Development
- Execute focused outreach through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting, webinars, and ABM tactics.
- Conduct account-based research, identify decision-makers, and segment markets across BFSI, FinTech, Healthcare, Logistics, and IT.
- Utilize CRM and sales intelligence tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Salesforce/Zoho, etc.) to manage pipeline and track metrics.
- Collaboration & Growth Enablement
- Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and leadership teams to shape client solutions and close strategic deals.
- Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to inform GTM strategy.
- Contribute to quarterly business reviews, revenue forecasting, and sales planning initiatives.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 8-15 years of proven experience in end-to-end B2B sales / business development for IT services, consulting, targeting international markets.
- Demonstrated success in closing new logos, achieving revenue targets, and onboarding enterprise clients.
- Strong outbound sales expertise - cold calling, prospecting, and pipeline building for enterprise accounts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to influence senior decision-makers globally.
- Hands-on experience with modern CRM and sales enablement tools (Salesforce, Zoho, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strategic thinking with ability to manage long sales cycles, nurture relationships, and design customized solutions.
- B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science / IT or MCA is mandatory.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high accountability, and passion for building new business lines.
Preferred Attributes:
- Prior experience with global IT consulting or product engineering firms.
- Exposure to campaign management, ABM, or event-based outreach.
- Strong understanding of GCC, digital transformation, BOT & ODC models.
