About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Brand & Communication professional who will own end-to-end brand communication and ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all channels.

The role involves leading integrated 360- campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and social platforms, while driving strong internal and external brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy & Messaging:

- Develop and implement brand communication strategies aligned with overall business goals.

- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across channels.

- Translate brand story into compelling narratives for customers, partners, and employees.

2. Integrated Campaign Management:

- Lead planning and execution of 360- marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, social).

- Manage creative, media, and social agencies for timely and effective execution.

- Define campaign KPIs, track performance, and optimize basis insights.

- Stay updated on social platforms and emerging trends.

3. Digital & Social Communication:

- Oversee social media strategy and online content to maintain brand voice.

- Collaborate with digital teams to align brand campaigns with online initiatives.

4. Internal Communication:

- Partner with HR and leadership to drive internal brand engagement.

- Craft employee communication for launches, initiatives, and cultural programs.

5. Analytics & Insights:

- Track and analyze communication performance metrics.

- Leverage consumer insights and brand health studies to refine strategies.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Proven experience in executing end-to-end 360- creative campaigns.

- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and content development skills.

- Deep understanding of brand identity, positioning, and multi-channel marketing.

- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Experience managing external agencies and internal stakeholders.

- Experience in leading product launches.

- Exposure to social media management, content strategy, and events.

- Experience in video and content production.
