Manager/Senior Manager - Bank Debt Settlement

We are looking for Manager/Senior Manager Bank Debt Settlement for one of our Asset management Multi national client for Hyderabad location

Required Experience:

- 8-13years working in the bank loan sector

- Solid understanding of the LSTA and LMA Primary and Secondary standard terms and conditions including delayed compensation requirements for both lenders and agent banks

- Experience with the CLO warehousing process, lead times, blackout procedures, and CLO cash management

- Track record in leading or participating in process improvement initiatives

- Proficiency in using ClearPar

- Experience using Geneva and AllVue Everest or other Order Management Systems

- Distressed loan closing experience a plus
