Job Title: Manager/Sr. Manager/AGM/DGM - International Sales (Western Countries)

Reporting to: Director

Location: Mumbai

Job Purpose:

Identifying and acquire new potential customers and achieve targeted amount of sales

Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Identifying & managing new and old customers for potential business development towards acquiring high value customers and strategically securing profitable business by cold callings and emails.

- Working with different time zones as per the region assigned for sales

- Utilizing social networking opportunities to facilitate sales and increase brand awareness.

- Look after advertising and sales promotional activities during exhibitions

- Representing company by attending trade exhibitions or events and also co-ordinate for stall designing to participation.

- Organize customer meets and get together as per business plan.

- Maintain & track customer database and maintain periodically/periodic customer satisfaction survey/feedback.

- Setting the monthly targets and achieving the Targets.

- Responsible for all aspects of the sales and marketing from pricing, negotiations, contract development, ensuring successful order fulfilment and after sales commitments.

- Do analysis of customer research, current market conditions and executing marketing strategies and campaigns. Survey and analyze competition strategy and moves and propose actions where required.

- Should develop and setup new overseas market and also have good exposure to US and Europe market.

- Developing and maintaining sales territory Plan and ensuring achievement of Company sales targets and profitability.

- Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

- Define and implement the product range & product positioning based on industry analysis and new product range.

- Monitor success of marketing product range & initiate corrective actions where necessary.

- Define product price list based on market price and cost analysis.

- Developed good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings.

- Good co-ordination with factory unit for order dispatch and regular visit as and when required.

- Act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.

- Addressing customer grievances in coordination with quality & plant teams.

Qualifications

- BE/B.Com/BMS /BBA (Essential))

- MBA /PG (Preferred)

- Experience (Preferred/Essential)

- 7-8 yrs (3-4 yrs exp in sales in Western Countries)

Job Stability: 3 yrs

Experience of Sales in Western Developed Countries - EU, UK, US)

Essential:

- Packaging Industry Knowledge

- Experience of B2B Sales for Packaging

Prerequisite:

- 3-4 times travel in a year to the assigned region for exhibitions, customer visit
