Manager / Sr. Manager / AGM - Business Development - Land Acquisition

Key Responsibilities
- Identify & acquire strategic land parcels aligned with business goals
- Land Acquisition & Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and source prospective land parcels; conduct site visits and preliminary diligence; assess feasibility under Delhi NCR development norms.
- Deal Structuring: Structure and execute acquisition, joint ventures, and joint development deals; prepare and present robust financial analyses.
- Regulatory & Legal: Coordinate with bodies like HUDA, DTCP, NOIDA, DDA, YEIDA, MCD, and legal consultants to ensure seamless compliance and risk mitigation.
- Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with landowners, developers, investors, and internal teams; drive negotiations and consensus building.
- Financial Acumen: Prepare detailed financial models, support investment decisions, and ensure profitability and strategic alignment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7-12 years' experience in real estate developers, IPCs, private equity, or consulting firms
- Deep understanding of Delhi NCR real estate, zoning laws & development norms
- Strong financial acumen and deal-structuring expertise
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
- MBA Preferred
