Manager/Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager - Business Development & Growth - Real Estate/Land Acquisition

Hiring Alert: Manager / Sr. Manager - Land Acquisition, BD & Growth | Real Estate | Noida

A leading real estate developer is looking for an experienced professional to drive land acquisition and strategic growth initiatives across Delhi NCR.

Location: Noida

Experience: 5 - 14 years

Reports to: AVP - BD

Candidates from IPCs, Real Estate Developers with strong experience in Financial Modeling, Valuations, etc

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and source high-potential land parcels aligned with business strategy

- Conduct technical, legal & financial due diligence and feasibility analysis

- Structure & negotiate JVs, JDAs, and outright acquisitions

- Develop detailed financial models (IRR, NPV, sensitivity, cash flow)

- Liaise with authorities (NOIDA, YEIDA, DTCP, DDA etc.) for regulatory approvals

- Manage multiple stakeholders - landowners, brokers, legal & finance teams

Candidate Profile:

- MBA/CA with 5+ years of experience in land acquisition, real estate, PE, or IPCs

- Proven expertise in deal structuring, financial modeling, and valuation

- In-depth knowledge of Delhi NCR zoning & development norms

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
