Manager/Senior Manager - HR & Administration (HRBP)
About the Role :
Senior HRBP role for a leading highway construction company. Candidates from Roads & Highways / Railway construction background ONLY will be considered.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as strategic HRBP for the Roads & Highways business vertical
- Manage talent acquisition, performance management, and retention
- Handle Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER) across project sites
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and contractor obligations
- Oversee project-site HR, workforce planning, contract labor, and camp management
- Drive HR policy implementation, manpower planning, and OD initiatives
- Liaise with government authorities, labor departments, and external agencies
- Lead HR administration - facilities, transport, security, and vendor management
Requirements :
- 15 - 18 years of HR experience exclusively in Roads & Highways / Railway Construction
- Strong exposure to EPC, HAM, and BOT highway projects
- Expertise in IR/ER, labor laws, contractor management, and statutory compliances
- MBA (HR) from XLRI, TISS, SCMHRD, or equivalent premier institution
