Role Overview:

To lead the accounts payable and capital expenditure accounting functions, ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting, optimized processes, and effective team management to support the company's growth and profitability objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end Capex accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices for all capital expenditure projects.

- Oversee the accurate coding and posting of Capex invoices to the general ledger, ensuring proper allocation of costs to relevant projects and assets.

- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in the company's ERP system (SAP) and maintain robust internal controls.

- Lead the vendor payment process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors while adhering to company policies and procedures.

- Conduct regular Accounts Payable Reconciliation to ensure the accuracy and completeness of Capex-related transactions, resolving any discrepancies promptly.

- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Capex accounts payable function, reducing processing time and minimizing errors.

- Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting of Capex spending, providing valuable insights for financial planning.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations related to Capex accounting, mitigating financial risks and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

- Manage and mentor a team of Accounts Payable professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
