Manager/Senior Manager - Accounting

MUST Have criteria :

Qualified CA with 4+ years of experience and experience (Prior/Current) in a Big4 (Big6 can be considered) is must.

Experience in handling balance sheet finalization, reporting, IND AS knowledge, audits, excel proficiency

Financial Statements Preparation :

- Ensure accuracy and adherence to statutory requirements.

Management Reporting :

- Preparation of Monthly MIS Reports for internal stakeholders.

- Analysis of variances and performance metrics.

Group Reporting :

- Preparation of Quarterly Group Reporting Packs for US GAAP or global consolidation.

- Alignment with corporate timelines and standards.

Budgeting & Forecasting :

- Design and update budgeting and forecasting templates.

- Support business units in planning cycles.

Month-End Closing :

- Ensure timely month-end close activities.

- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.

Fixed Asset Register (FAR) :

- Maintain and reconcile FAR.

- Ensure compliance with capitalization policies.

Cross-Functional Coordination :

- Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, HR, and Treasury for smooth closure of activities.

Audit Support :

- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for timely audit completion.

- Provide necessary schedules and reconciliations.
