Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives in collaboration with employees, contractors, managers, and senior leadership
- Build and enhance performance management systems; coach managers on feedback, career development, employee relations, and disciplinary processes
- Administer Compensation & Benefits programs market benchmarking, vendor evaluation, negotiations, and communication
- Strengthen HR operations including HRIS/ATS oversight, compliant documentation, and data integrity
- Drive a structured onboarding program ensuring an exceptional new-hire experience
- Support organizational change initiatives including expansion, restructuring, global mobility, and workforce planning
- Track & analyze HR metrics for leadership reporting and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements
- Manage workplace safety programs and professional registration processes
- Lead and mentor teams across HR, Talent Acquisition, Project Support, and Administration
Educational & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, including 510 years in a managerial/leadership role
- Experience in EPC, EPCM, or project-based professional services industries
- Strong experience in workforce planning, organizational design, global mobility & HR operations
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS/ATS platforms with data-driven decision-making
