About the Role

We are seeking driven professionals for a critical role supporting a large-scale Basel 3.1 readiness initiative. The position involves enhancing Capital Regulatory Reporting processes, ensuring compliance with evolving global regulatory requirements, and driving internal process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support monthly RWA computation and manual adjustments under Basel III/IV guidelines.

2. Map data flows, decode EUC formulas, and align tools with Basel 3.1 standards.

3. Collaborate with internal and external teams to assess and enhance reporting frameworks.

4. Provide assurance across COREP, Leverage Ratio, Large Exposure, and CAR reports.

5. Deliver insights on RWA variances between Basel III and Basel 3.1.

6. Evaluate documentation and working files for regulatory compliance and parallel run readiness.

Ideal Candidate Profile

1. Education: Preferably MBA/PGDM from a Tier-1 institute (e.g., IIMs).

2. Experience: 2-8 years in Capital Regulatory Reporting.

3. Functional Expertise: Strong grasp of Basel III/IV frameworks, including SA-CCR, SFTs, and Securitization.

4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel Macros, VBA, and familiarity with tools like Axiom or Moody's Risk Authority.

Nice to Have:

1. Exposure to Pillar 1 (COREP, Leverage, CAR) and Pillar 3 reporting.

2. Understanding of Credit Risk and Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) RWA (STD & IRB).

3. Experience in transformation or change projects within regulatory domains.

4. Knowledge of Tableau for visual reporting.
