Experience:

Location: Kolkata / Bangalore / Gurgaon

Manager - FDD (JD Summary)

- The candidate is expected to independently lead Financial Due Diligence engagements, including strong hands-on execution of core FDD areas such as QoE, Working Capital, Net Debt and Cash Flow analysis.

- They should demonstrate end-to-end report writing and story lining capability, with the ability to translate analysis into clear deal insights.

- Strong client and stakeholder interaction is critical, including management discussions, issue resolution, and review of team deliverables while managing timelines and quality.

Senior Associate - FDD (JD Summary)

- The candidate should have strong core FDD concepts and hands-on analysis skills, including data book preparation, QoE, Working Capital, Net Debt and detailed financial analysis.

- They are expected to execute analyses independently, support report preparation, and work closely with Managers on deliverables. Report writing exposure is good to have, while accuracy, analytical depth.

Must-Have Skills:

- FDD Core expertise

- Core Analysis - NetDebt, Net working Capital, NetAssest, Quality of Earnings(QoE).

- Analytical tools - Alteryx (good to have), Advance Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Power Pivot.

- Report Writing - Mandatory for Manager

- Client-facing experience with Indian clients

- Buy-side and sell-side deal experience

- EBITDA analysis

- Excellent communication skills (mandatory)
