Role Overview:

As the SOC Manager based in Vijayawada, you will lead the strategic direction and daily operations of the Security Operations Center. This role involves overseeing a team of security analysts to ensure the proactive detection, investigation, and remediation of cyber threats. You will act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, translating complex security metrics into actionable business insights. By maintaining a high-performance security posture, you will directly influence the company's resilience against evolving cyber risks and ensure the integrity of client data across all managed platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of security incidents, from initial detection to final resolution, to minimize business disruption and data exposure.

- Design and implement advanced monitoring strategies and incident response playbooks that align with global cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements.

- Mentor and lead a team of security professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence in threat hunting and analysis.

- Collaborate with cross-functional IT and business leadership to integrate security best practices into the broader organizational infrastructure.

- Oversee the performance and tuning of SIEM and other security orchestration tools to ensure optimal visibility and reduced false-positive rates.

- Manage compliance reporting and audit readiness, ensuring that all security operations adhere to CISA and CISM frameworks to maintain client trust and regulatory standing.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale Security Operations Centers with a deep understanding of threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and incident response workflows.

- Proven ability to lead and influence technical teams, with strong communication skills to bridge the gap between security operations and executive management.

- Possession of professional certifications such as CISA or CISM, reflecting a high standard of competence in information security governance and auditing.

- Strong analytical mindset capable of interpreting complex security data to drive strategic improvements in the company's defensive posture.

- Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment in Vijayawada, demonstrating the leadership presence required to manage physical and virtual security operations effectively.

- Extensive experience spanning 9 to 18 years in the cybersecurity domain, with a track record of handling high-stakes security environments and complex infrastructure challenges.
