Looking for a Qualified Company Secretary having post qualification experience of 8-10 years in a listed Company having exposure of the following areas: 1. Maintenance and updation of various Statutory records, Filing of Returns, filings of forms with MCA / Stock Exchanges and other documents as applicable under Companies Act, SEBI Act Rules and Regulations, RBI Guidelines, and other applicable Statutes. 2. Supervising and preparation of Notices, Agenda Notes and other back-up papers for convening the Board Meetings, General Meetings and various Committee Meetings and preparation of all relevant documents and compliance of Listing Regulations and checking of Minutes . 3. Handling of Investors Complaints and follow up with RTA/ IEPF authorities. 4. Implementation/Supervision of well-defined standardized Electronic Compliance Management System and software related to corporate laws and regulations. 5. All routine Compliances including helping in preparation of Annual Report, Notice, Agenda, Directors Report, Minutes and documents related to Directors and ensuring compilation and regular update of all statutory records 6. Having updates on recent modifications / amendments in Company Law/ Listing Regulations, rules etc. pertaining to work related to the secretarial department.
