Role Overview:
- You will own SEO strategy and execution across content, technical SEO, authority building, AI-search visibility, and conversion-focused organic growth.
- This is not a maintenance role.
- We need someone who can build a category leader in search.
- You'll work directly with growth, content, product marketing, and leadership teams.
What You'll Own:
1. Organic Growth Strategy
- Build SEO roadmap for US healthcare / rehab SaaS market
- Increase qualified organic traffic, demo requests, and pipeline
- Prioritize high-intent commercial keywords
2. Content SEO Engine
- Build and scale content clusters
- Create comparison pages, solution pages, BOFU landing pages
- Refresh old content for rankings + conversions
- Optimize existing blogs
3. Technical SEO
- Crawl/indexation audits
- Site architecture
- Core Web Vitals
- Internal linking systems
- Schema markup
- CMS optimization
4. AI Search / LLM Visibility
- Optimize SPRY for ChatGPT / Perplexity / Gemini style discovery
- Structured content strategy
- Entity authority building
- Citation footprint expansion
5. Authority & Link Building
- Digital PR
- Industry backlinks
- SaaS review platforms
- Healthcare association mentions
- Guest posting
6. Revenue SEO
- Not vanity traffic.
Own metrics like:
- Demo requests from organic
- Trial / booked demos
- Assisted pipeline
- Keyword share vs competitors
What We Need:
Must Have:
- 4+ years SEO experience
- Proven rankings in competitive SaaS / B2B / Healthcare niches
- Strong on-page + technical SEO
- Content strategy ownership experience
- Comfortable with GA4 / GSC / Ahrefs / SEMrush etc.
Strong Plus:
- SaaS experience
- US healthcare marketing experience
- Experience competing against larger incumbents
- AI SEO / GEO / Answer Engine Optimization experience
What Great Looks Like (First 6 Months):
- Double qualified organic traffic
- Rank top 3 for multiple commercial-intent keywords
- Build scalable content moat
- Increase organic demo pipeline materially
- Clear SEO dashboard tied to revenue
