Role Overview

The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager is a crucial Individual contributor role focused on enhancing organic search visibility and driving targeted traffic.

This position requires a Graduate degree and demands a combination of Creative thinking, strong Execution skills, and Effective Networking ability within the Digital Marketing, Advertising & Marketing industry.

The incumbent will be responsible for defining and implementing comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies to meet business growth objectives.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Result Driven SEO Manager to lead and execute all search engine optimization efforts, ensuring website visibility and high search rankings.

The ideal candidate must possess expertise in Search Engine Optimization principles, HTML, and utilizing tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics.

Key responsibilities include conducting in-depth keyword research, optimizing technical site elements, collaborating on digital content strategy, and providing regular, data-driven performance reports to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities and Technical SEO Deliverables

Keyword Strategy and Content Optimization:

- Conduct keyword research using advanced tools and analysis to identify high-value search opportunities.

- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO & Digital Content), including meta tags, headings, image alt text, and body copy, ensuring content quality and relevance.

Technical SEO Implementation:

- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies (e.g., link building, citation management) to improve website visibility and rankings.

- Work closely with developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented on the website, addressing technical elements like site speed, core web vitals, mobile responsiveness, and proper use of HTML structure.

Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics to track organic traffic, conversions, and user behavior.

- Utilize Google Search Console to diagnose site health issues, crawl errors, and indexation problems.

- Provide regular reports and insights on SEO performance to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable business recommendations.

Collaboration and Learning:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement digital marketing campaigns, ensuring SEO is integrated into all marketing efforts.

- Maintain a Responsible and proactive approach to Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices, adapting strategies quickly to search algorithm changes.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

Education: Graduate degree.

Core Skills: Search Engine Optimization, HTML, Keyword research, SEO & Digital Content, and Google Search Console.

Methodology: Proven ability in Execution of strategies and applying Creative thinking.

Reporting: Experience with Google Analytics for performance analysis.

Soft Skills: Strong Effective Networking and Responsive communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with server-side SEO elements (e.g., redirects, canonicalization, hreflang).

- Proficiency with advanced SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).

- Experience optimizing content for featured snippets and voice search.

- Knowledge of web analytics tagging and implementation
