Role Summary:


We are seeking a talented and result-oriented SEO Manager to join our dynamic team at Midinnings.


In this role, you will be the primary driver of organic growth, responsible for developing and implementing high-impact SEO strategies that improve website visibility and search engine rankings.


You will blend technical expertise in HTML and site architecture with creative content optimization to ensure our digital assets are fully optimized for both users and search engines.


The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented execution expert who can translate data from Google Search Console and Google Analytics into actionable roadmaps for organic success.


Technical Responsibilities:


- Strategic SEO Architecture: Lead the end-to-end development of SEO strategies, aligning organic search goals with broader digital marketing objectives to drive high-quality traffic.


- Comprehensive Keyword Engineering: Conduct deep-dive keyword research to identify high-intent search terms and long-tail opportunities, mapping them to the content lifecycle for maximum relevance.


- On-Page Optimization: Execute meticulous on-page strategies, including the optimization of meta tags, header structures, internal linking, and content density to improve SERP positioning.


- Technical SEO & Developer Collaboration: Partner closely with web developers to implement technical best practices, focusing on site speed, mobile responsiveness, schema markup, and crawlability.


- Off-Page Strategy & Link Building: Design and manage ethical off-page SEO campaigns, focusing on high-authority backlink acquisition and effective networking to build domain authority.


- Performance Analytics & Monitoring: Utilize Google Analytics and Google Search Console to monitor organic performance, identifying trends, drops in traffic, and technical indexing issues.


- Digital Marketing Synergy: Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate SEO into holistic digital campaigns, ensuring organic search supports paid efforts and social media visibility.


- Content Optimization: Work with content creators to ensure all blog posts, landing pages, and website copy follow SEO best practices without compromising on creative storytelling.


- Algorithm Adaptation: Stay updated on the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO trends, proactively adjusting strategies to maintain rankings in a shifting search landscape.


- Reporting & Stakeholder Insights: Prepare and present regular performance reports, providing stakeholders with clear insights into ROI, organic growth, and competitive positioning.


Required Technical Skills:


- SEO Tools: Proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Ahrefs/SEMrush/Moz.


- Web Fundamentals: Strong understanding of HTML/CSS as it relates to SEO (e.g., canonical tags, robots.txt, sitemaps).


- Content Strategy: Expertise in SEO-driven content planning and keyword clusters.


- Technical SEO: Experience with Schema.org markup and Core Web Vitals optimization.


- Reporting: Ability to create data-driven visualizations using Looker Studio or Excel.

- Local SEO Mastery: Proven experience in optimizing for local search intent, particularly for Udaipur-based or regional businesses.


- WordPress/CMS Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SEO plugins like Yoast or RankMath and general CMS management.


- Basic JavaScript SEO: Understanding how search engines crawl and index JavaScript-heavy websites.


- Competitive Analysis: Ability to perform detailed gap analysis against top competitors to identify untapped organic opportunities
