Job Summary :
- We are seeking an experienced and data-driven SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimization strategy and execution.
- This role is crucial in driving organic growth, increasing search visibility, and improving overall website performance.
- The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in both on-page and off-page SEO, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with content, product, and development teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- SEO Strategy & Execution - Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve keyword rankings, organic traffic, and domain authority.
- Conduct regular site audits, keyword research, competitive analysis, and backlink analysis.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices, including metadata optimization, schema markup, and internal linking structures.
- Manage off-page SEO efforts including link-building campaigns and outreach.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting - Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Monitor site performance, indexing issues, and algorithm updates; propose timely actions for improvement.
- Create monthly/quarterly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Collaboration & Optimization - Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to ensure SEO best practices are built into content and website architecture.
- Optimize blog posts, landing pages, product pages, and other digital content for SEO performance.
- Work closely with paid media and social media teams to ensure an integrated digital strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and content management systems (e.g , WordPress, Shopify, Drupal).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience using Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
