Description:
SAP Presales Manager.
Experience: 5 Years relevant exp.
Location: Dubai, UAE (Onsite).
Position: Permanent.
Notice period: Immediate/ Max 30 days notice period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead presales activities for SAP solutions across SAP S/4HANA and other applications (e.g., SAP BTP, SuccessFactors, Ariba).
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and craft winning solution strategies.
- Collaborate with deliver team and other LOBs for the scope and efforts validations.
- Deliver high-impact product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions.
- Develop and maintain reusable assets such as demo scripts, solution blueprints, and proposal templates.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed technical and functional input.
- Stay current with SAP product updates (Rise, GROW, BTP, BDC etc), roadmap, and industry trends.
- Build strong relationships with SAP, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Keep the track of Lead to Closure database.
- Mentor junior presales consultants and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate competency building resources upskilling and cross skilling.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in SAP consulting or presales, with deep knowledge of SAP architecture and modules.
- Must have at least 3 end to end S/4HANA implementation project experience.
- Proven track record in client-facing roles and delivering successful SAP demos and proposals.
- Strong understanding of business processes across industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- SAP certifications (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP BTP) are a plus.
