We're Hiring: Manager - SAP IBP (Supply Chain Digital Transformation) | Bangalore
looking for a high-impact professional to lead and drive supply chain digital transformation initiatives using SAP IBP.
Role: Manager - SAP IBP
Experience: 5-8 years (with strong IBP exposure)
Location: Bangalore
Industry Preference: FMCG / CPG / Pharma
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive SAP IBP-led supply chain transformation initiatives across planning functions
- Design and implement IBP solutions covering Production Planning, S&OP (SNoP), DRP, and Response & Supply
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate planning requirements into scalable digital solutions
- Enable adoption of advanced planning processes and tools across demand and supply functions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams
- Support integration with SAP S/4HANA and related systems
- Track KPIs and continuously improve planning performance and business outcomes
Required Skills:
- 5-8 years of experience in supply chain planning with hands-on SAP IBP exposure
- Strong expertise in IBP modules: Response & Supply, S&OP, Production Planning, DRP
- Experience in IBP implementation or transformation programs
- Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
- Experience in FMCG / CPG / Pharma industry preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SAP CPI-DS or other integration tools
- Knowledge of forecasting, inventory optimization, and analytics
- Exposure to multi-country or large-scale transformation initiatives.
