Manager - SAP FICO Implementation - Manufacturing

The company is a manufacturing organisation and part of a leading business conglomerate.

They are currently looking to hire for a Transformation Lead within the Finance & Accounts team, who would be essential for SAP implementation and migration project.

KRAs:

- Drive end-to-end implementation of SAP finance modules, ensuring alignment with business needs and timelines.

- Translate finance requirements into practical system solutions; act as a techno-functional bridge between business and IT.

- Redesign and standardize finance processes (AP, AR, GL, Controlling) to improve efficiency, control, and scalability.

- Collaborate with finance leaders, users, IT teams, and consultants to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.

- Guide SAP configuration and ensure seamless integration with cross-functional modules.

- Oversee data preparation, validation, and migration to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.

- Lead testing cycles, including UAT, resolve issues, and ensure readiness for go-live.

- Drive user adoption through training and support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

This role requires :

1. Persons with a strong understanding of financial processes and transactions

2. Preferably, persons with a Finance degree such as MBA - Finance or CA

3. Proven experience of SAP implementation, particularly FI and CO modules

4. Worked on the industry side, ideally in a manufacturing company

5. Keen interest in relocating and living in Kolkata
