Role Summary

As a Manager - SAP BRIM Convergent Charging (CC), you will lead design, development, and configuration initiatives within the SAP BRIM landscape to address complex business requirements. You'll act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing architectural guidance, mentoring teams, and ensuring successful delivery of high-performance applications across client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead design, build, and configuration of SAP BRIM - Convergent Charging (CC) solutions to meet evolving business and technical requirements.

- Serve as SME for Convergent Charging, guiding solution strategy and execution across multiple project teams.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including business analysts, solution architects, and operations teams to deliver integrated SAP solutions.

- Manage and mentor a technical team; review code, ensure adherence to quality and performance standards.

- Drive solutioning decisions and provide input to technical architecture and best practices.

- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and continuous improvement.

- Stay updated on SAP BRIM and Convergent Mediation (CM) innovations, sharing insights to enhance delivery capability.

Must-Have Qualifications

- 12+ years of total experience in SAP development with at least 8 years focused on SAP BRIM Convergent Charging (CC) and Convergent Mediation (CM).

- Strong understanding of SAP BRIM architecture, rating & charging models, and mediation processes.

- Hands-on experience with configuration, debugging, and troubleshooting within SAP CC/CM environments.

- Solid grasp of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive technical decisions in large-scale SAP engagements.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Exposure to SAP Subscription Billing, Convergent Invoicing (CI), and SAP S/4HANA integration.

- Experience in performance optimization, load testing, or automation frameworks.

- SAP BRIM certification(s) preferred.
