Role Overview:
The Sales Transformation Manager will drive strategic initiatives to enhance sales efficiency, digital capability, and go-to-market (GTM) effectiveness. This role requires a balance of analytical thinking, project management, and deep understanding of sales operations to enable business growth and performance transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
GTM Strategy Development
- Design and implement GTM strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
- Lead pilots to improve field force productivity, ensuring clear value propositions and impactful messaging for the sales team.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of sales, marketing, and operations teams.
Digital & Process Enablement
- Champion the integration of digital tools such as CRM, SFA, and BI dashboards to enhance visibility and efficiency.
- Partner with IT and data teams to automate and streamline sales reporting and processes.
Data & Insights
- Leverage analytics to evaluate sales performance, GTM effectiveness, and customer engagement trends.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies that strengthen distribution reach and sales conversion.
Performance Measurement
- Define and track KPIs for GTM success, ensuring timely reporting and course correction.
- Develop sales team and channel partner engagement programs, continuously evaluating their effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills
- MBA from a Tier-1 B-School with 4+ years of experience.
- Proven experience in FMCG sales or project management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects and drive transformation through data-led decision-making.
